A sign of God's love

Coming back from ND we saw a rainbow. Alley was pretty sure that
there was a pot of gold at the end. And it ended at our house but
someone stole it before we got home - but that is OK because according
to Alley the pot of gold actually are shiney pennies.
Alley has lots of questions about God and heaven lately. You can tell
she's mulling it over in her head. She said to grandma Erlys "it's
good to see you grandma. I thought you might be in heaven". Grandma
had a good laugh.

We had a good time staying w Charlotte in her new house in Jamestown
and glad that Irene was visiting from CA.

Grandpa Alley taught Alley to catch- at least w a Velcro mitt.
Earlier in the week, she found her natural batting swing- maybe there
is a star in the making?

Happy Parade

Alley and Claire were in a kiddie parade today at Hopkins. Alley rode
her new bike and passed out candy. Alley helped decorate a sign for
their wagon - saying Happy Parade!
