Troublemaker

Rob and I are a little perplexed on knowing what to do. Alley's teacher has written to us 3 times now about how Alley can be disruptive in class. She seems to be unable to contain her energy and has hug or touch other kids. Hopefully she will learn patience, as now her teacher moved her from the front of the line now to the back of the line.

Otherwise Alley has used her energy to land a speaking part in our church Christmas play. She only has one line but had to audition for it and seems very excited.

Butterfly Fairy

Runner up

Alley ran for student council at Aquila but ended up coming in second place. We were proud of her since she volunteered to run and had to write a speech. One of the questions asked was: one idea for the school.... Alley said she thought they should have a day where they pick up garbage to help the earth. The girl that one said she wanted to have a dance party. It is hard to compete with that. Alley didn't seemed too sad - she also said since she was the runner up - if the other girl couldn't serve for some reason (her examples: she moves away or her parents say that she can't do it anymore)- then she would have to serve. I guess like a Vice President.
