Alley's tall tale

We are vacationing in Detroit Lakes this weekend. Here we are at Shoreham Hotel restaurant. They have an odd way to donate to charity- you take a dollar wrap a quarter inside for weight then throw it up on the ceiling with a tack. Alley kept hitting a mounted deer head - so Rob helped us out.

But that isn't the tall tale.....

This morning we went paddle boating and Alley was excited to bird watch.
Later she told us she woke up last night and while we slept she went outside and saw a bald eagle.

Dad's the best

Rob's the best dad these two little girls could ever have.

A look at the future

We predict someday the girls will inherit Rob's jeep and probably will paint it purple w flames on the roof.

Let's hope Alley doesn't wear such revealing tops when she is old enough to drive.
