Dance

A picture showing how many kids were involved in the dance competition yesterday. These are the groups from after 2:00 pm on Sunday. The competition started Friday at 6:00 pm. My estimate was at least 500 kids on stage.

All grown up

As I was helping Alley get ready for her competition Jazz dance today, she said "Mom- I've grown up so fast!"

Alley had her first show at a local nursing home with her competition dance group.

Alley's first orchestra concert

It is a busy week at the house. Tuesday Wednesday Alley has dance practice, Thursday an orchestra concert (link below) and Friday a Dance competition dress rehearsal.  Claire was kind enough to record Alley's concert and you can see her giving all the thumbs up.

We were at home for spring break - but got some time to goof off at The Mall of America.

At the Mall of America - she screamed a little she told me- but she didn't swear like the teenagers around her. She said she wanted to tell them to watch their language.
