It's cold outside

WASHING DISHES

Alley really enjoys washing the dishes. Most nights after dinner she pushes her chair over to the sink in preparation for this task. In fact she gets quite upset if we do even a few without including her to help. She has been under the weather and missed her first swimming lesson tonight. Her dad was a little disappointed as he was looking forward to them.

Expecting the flood

Alley often plays with her Noah's Ark Little People characters in the bathroom when we get ready in the morning. She has now started lining them up in the shower. She must be expecting the next flood will come from the shower.

She makes us laugh everyday. Yesterday she tried to put me to bed three times. She made me lay down then rubbed my back and sang me Twinkle Twinkle then kissed me goodnight. She was mad when I got out of bed. This morning she came into our room at 7:00 am and told Rob to take a shower. I guess she thinks she is the boss around here.

CHRISTMAS 2007

Alley really got into the Christmas spirit this year. She was a little overwhelmed by opening so many presents. But really liked all of her gifts (and a few that other people received too).

She really enjoyed everything musical like the Keyboard Papa Alley gave her and mom's new iPod after dad uploaded the no-no-no song onto it.
